I really don’t recommend this coffee shop. I grabbed matcha latte and it’s only milk with coloured matcha, there were either spoon of it. The lady had to only colored it. The expensive milk and I really disappointed. If I compere it with Blenz, it’s taste like water. Never more!

I ordered a large mocha while waiting for my ferry. The woman working there brightened my long day of traveling with her friendliness and smile. I did not wait long for my drink - (nor was there a line at the time), but I won’t mind if I need to in the future. The chocolate was rich, not overly sweet, and melded perfectly with the espresso. On my first sip I was taken aback by the perfect milk foam. The ratio of milk/chocolate/espresso was also excellent - not overly milky like you will find some places as the size of your beverage goes up.

With Starbucks no longer at the terminal they might need more than one person to take care of customers. The coffee is not very good, my Cappuccino was heavy and more like a latte and not strong espresso flavour at all.

Disappointing they would have incorrect hours listed. I went very early and then couldn't leave the terminal, and there was nowhere open; told by a terminal worker that they had closed hours before.

First of all microwaving a burrito for nine dollars is ridiculous and it was soggy disgusting and you guys wouldn’t refund my money. I can’t even be around a microwave and why are you turning this on? I have a pacemaker and you get you were rude to me.

Prices were ridiculous and the breakfast wrap I bought was terrible, just scrambled egg and ham, and neither tasted good.

Very long lineup, but the single employee is doing their absolute best to be quick and friendly. It must be very stressful being the only worker trying to get orders processed and out before customers' sailings, great job!
