Tea Bliss - The House of Boba

Today was my first time in. There was so much good stuff I decided to order a mango smoothie and a mozza hotdog corndog. They were both amazing. I will definitely be back to try more things.

Best Boba tea I ever had, the bubbles are always soft and fresh and generous. Try their korn dog with mozza it’s bomb and made fresh for the order! The new stuffed cookie is filled with nutella and so soft it’s a dream. Great service and collecting points add up real quick to free orders so don’t miss out on that (they just need your phone number, no cards for it).

Pretty good place for boba milk tea. I ordered the brown sugar latte and it tasted good but was teeth decayingly sweet. I couldn't taste anything but the sweet. And the pearls were very very soft, almost melting. The price was pretty standard. They have an interesting menu and choices of sweets. The server was friendly and helped my son choose a beverage.

Well, the place is decent and cool idea. Drinks are decent but overpriced for what you get. Didn’t ask what kind of pearls we wanted for our drink. Plus….there was a hair….and the dude just pulled it out of the mixture and left whatever parts the hair touched….that’s kinda nasty….should probably wear hair nets considering it’s a food place

Placed an order for pick- up and then got home to notice half the food missing. When I called them to talk to them, they said that it’s a KNOWN issue with the website and that what they gave me was the correct order.So they knowingly breached an transactional contract and don’t care to fix it. I will never order from them again because you never know what you’re going to get since they continue to have a false and misleading menu. They didn’t even apologize for website being incorrect.

The milk tea is maybe the best I've ever had and the food is amazing.Nothing much else to say, it's just great, especially for the reasonable price point.

Love the great variety of drinks and flavors to choose from.

Used to be my favourite place in town for boba and the korean dogs but had an absolutely awful experience today that's making me debate ever going back.You used to be able to get 2 condiments included with the kdog, now you have to pay $1 after the first one which would be fine if the mustards I got weren't absolutely pathetic. Got a full small deli cup of the sriracha mayo and a dinky little fast food dip cup for the honey mustard and a cheap plastic one made for hotdogs for the regular mustard. Both would have been gone in two bites, not worth the extra money. Used to get those filled in a full deli cup, now it's a rip off. When you set a standard for quality, you should warn the customer when it changes for the worse.The cashier rang up the total wrong went from $16 to $22, I had to tell her as she didn't even noticed she almost ripped me off again.Then what should have taken 5-10 minutes to make the kdogs ended up taking 20+ minutes. By the time I got them they weren't hot, barely even warm but I didn't have the time to wait another 20 min for the only worker to make them again.After, she didn't even give me a proper box for them, she just threw them on a piece of half of a cheap cardboard container and in a paper bag. I had to ask twice for a proper take out container.There was dust and hair in the container that I had to pick out before she just about put my kdogs on top of it. Gross and disgusting.The whole time this girl was looking at me like I was crazy for wanting a proper take out container and proper dips that I paid extra for.After all that I couldn't even speak to a manager as apparently no one knows when they are going to be in.So I'm leaving this review hoping someone will see it as I'm unable to contact anyone in the shop or on the phone.I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This place used to be my favourite for getting drinks and food and now I don't know if I'd go back if this is the kind of service I can expect.

We are from calgary and missed the asian desserts. This place has lots of the desserts that we love all in one store. Everything tasted amazing and longest we had to wait was 15 minutes for our drinks and food. Highly reccomend everyone go try this place out. We can't wait to try their bubble waffles next. Thank you for opening up such a store in lethbridge, we definetly will be regulars.
