I find it absolutely ridiculous to charge for no water when replacing with extra ice. You did not use any extra product in the drink, you replaced cold water with frozen water. I even confirmed with the barista that they did NOT add any extra juice or anything. The same amount of product was used in my drink and they charged me extra. The barista was also not accommodating to remake the drink normal and charge me the normal amount.

Come here 3 to 4 times per week, always greeted by staff. Service is fantastic, great coffee. Overall a great experience all of the time.

Getting really sick of these guys and girls expecting a tip when they make you wait 15 min in drive-thruYou're nothing special.. you don't deserve a tip when you just make coffee. You're no better than tims.Get off your high horse.

Ordered iced quad in venti, they refused to top up milk, leaving about quarter cup empty, only option was to order a tall cup of milk, trying to charge almost 4$ for milk?? I could go get at least 1 litre of milk for the price. What a joke.

the drive thrue here is bad ive seen other bucks in the city with twice as long a line that rifles through. this place need help. i hear they hiring!

Very friendly staff and great service. The place was very well maintained and tidy! The ambiance was very good. They have drive through as well. Great place to grab a Starbucks drink or a coffee for that, and hangout for a while. Good location as well, ample parking space as well!

Excellent ambience ! Super friendly staff . The handcrafted coffee for me was tasty as expected , which is quite rare nowadays.I visited the store at 9.20pm just 10mins before closing but I got a warm welcome , store was clean and the barista [a young girl handling all alone] took extra pains to fulfil my challenge of the day. Will visit more frequently than ever! Thank you

Friendly staff, tasty coffee! I've always had a soft spot for Starbucks coffee, though even their light roast isn't a real light roast like Fratello or Phill and Sebastian's coffee, unfortunately... It's still pretty good though. Especially when Christmas comes along, I have a particular love for their Christmas Blend!Very fast Wi-Fi, I spent a few hours here on my laptop downloading files, and they were downloading quickly! Lots of wide open tables, and private nooks where you can get work done, or just relax.What more can I say? I rate it highly!

Go here if you want to wait for a long time! I queued in drive-through and waited for over 30 minutes. I queued inside and by the time I got my drink, I didn't think I needed caffeine anymore. It was pretty long.. I just wanted hours of my life back.Because the wait is long, you start to sit there and ponder as to why this place is hopelessly long.. (ya, you have a lot of time to do that) are they harvesting the coffee beans at the initial start of the order? Are they pondering drink constitution? Like what is it as it is surely a mystery since Starbucks must have some franchised workflow down by now.It's the team - majority of the staff are great but there would be one or two who appears to be off-sync on the pace! So maybe order the drink that the fast crew is preparing? I gave it two stars because the staff are very nice and happy - no concerns there. Overall, avoid this place. Unless the price and your time are valued less than that your Starbucks order.

Lady was extremely rude and stingy with me. I just asked for top up of milk, was willing to pay for it. She said only option was to buy a tall cup, which is extremely over priced, or to order an iced latte…. Like I didn’t want an iced latte?? Her tone wasn’t good. Also would like to add that another location topped up the milk, hence my thoughts on them being stingy.
